摘要
There are many influencing factors in the reduction of iron by melts electrolysis of LiFePO4. Thermodynamic analysis is used to study the influence of drying, sintering, and melts on LiFePO4: the change is not obvious when drying LiFePO4 at 150 degrees C under vacuum conditions; sintering LiFePO4 at 150-750 degrees C, the oxidation reaction of Li3Fe2(PO4)(3) and Fe2O3 begins to occur when the temperature reaches 350 degrees C; the reaction of LiFePO4 to Ca2PO4Cl and Ca-5(PO4)(3)Cl occurs in the NaCl-CaCl2 melts at 600-800 degrees C. The higher the temperature, the more violent the reaction. Fe and Li are dissolved in molten salt in the form of FeCl2 and LiCl.
