摘要
The currently available literature data on the liquid-phase catalytic oxidation of styrene and its derivatives with the participation of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems and various oxidants -peroxoacids, organic peroxides, hydrogen peroxide and atmospheric oxygen are summarized and analyzed. The relationship between the nature of the carriers and the properties of the entire catalytic system is considered. It has been analyzed and revealed that despite the high activity and selectivity of homogeneous catalysts, their productivity is low. This is caused by degradation of the structure and ligand environment of the catalytic centers. Such systems cannot compete with the best examples of heterogeneous catalysts In-TUD-1, In-KTT, ZSM-11, In-HMS-X, TG-T, \MC\M(CoBr2+MoOBr3) in terms of efficiency and stability. The review presents extensive materials on the catalytic liquid-phase oxidation of styrene and its derivatives using environmentally friendly oxidants -molecular oxygen or hydrogen peroxide. The article also discusses the work carried out in recent years at the Institute of Petrochemical Processes, specifically the oxidation of styrene and its methyl derivatives with the participation of hydrogen peroxide or its clathrate complex with carbamide (hydroperite) H2O2 CO(NH2)(2), in the presence of synthesized both homogeneous and and heterogenized systems based on polyoxotungstates and molybdates treated with rare earth metal cations. Both individual and binary mixtures were used as solvents. In the works, the influence of various factors (temperature, molar ratio of substrate and oxidizer, duration of the experiment) affecting the course of oxidation of styrene and its methyl derivatives is considered
