摘要
In this paper, we propose a new projection-based registration scene based non-uniformity correction technology. Technically, the newly raised technology is a kind of interframe registration NUC algorithm but with more advantages. We propose a new projection estimator to calculate the relative displacement of the neighboring frames. The estimator uses the column and row projection vector to calculate the displacement separately which greatly simplified the computation than the traditional 2-D Fourier transform without reducing the accuracy. We also propose an improved gain coefficient correction method which works much better than the traditional LMS method. We have done a lot of analysis on how this technology performs with both low-frequency and high-frequency non-uniformities. In the conclusion, we predicted the engineering practicability of the new technology raised in this paper. And some minor defects and temporal limitations are mentioned too, which are needed for further study.
