摘要
Hymenoptera venom allergies are among the most common causes of anaphylaxis in Germany. Hymenoptera stings and anaphylactic reactions to these suffered during professional activities are considered occupational accidents. If a hymenoptera venom allergy has not been known before but rather manifests itself for the first time during the insured activity, all resulting costs, in particular those for an allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT), have to be covered by the statutory accident insurance. This can also entail its application to prevent an (impending) occupational disease.
