摘要：

The paper researches on the mechanism of upgrading the industrial structure by technological innovation and the analysis of the technological innovation to promote the industrial structure in rationalization and optimization, and explores the impact of upgrading the industrial structure from different factors in the construction of the relevant data of 1990-2012 by a ridge regression model. The results show that technological innovation plays an important role in promoting the upgrading the industrial structure in China, and the change of demand structure is also an important factor affecting the upgrading the industrial structure, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward at last.
