摘要
This paper presents an input current ripple analysis of inverter fed dual three-phase induction motors. Four types of modulation strategies are compared. The first is single-carrier with zero phase displaced modulation signals, second is single carrier with 30 degrees phase displaced modulation signals, third is double carrier with zero phase displaced modulation signals, and fourth is double carrier with 30 degrees phase displaced modulation signals. Analysis results show that the third results in the lowest input current ripple. Experimental results are included to show the validity of the proposed analysis method.
