摘要
LiCoO2 has very high reversible capacity as the positive electrode material of lithium-ion battery, and has applied foreground. The microwave synthesis is characteristic of saving time and energy and has high efficiency. In this paper, the positive electrode material of LiCoO2 has been synthesized at different proportion of raw material with LiOH and LiCoO2 as raw material by the microwave process. Then the structure of LiCoO2 has been studied by X-Ray and SEM and the electrochemical property has been tested though electrochemical apparatus. At last, the result was analyzed by charts and data. The result shows that the layered and well crystalloid positive electrode material of LiCoO2 has been synthesized by the microwave process. The best proportion of raw material is 1.04:1, producing LiCoO2 powders with high reversible capacity, good rate capability. SEM images show that LiCoO2 samples prepared under such conditiongs are featured with clear and smooth grain boundaries and evenly distributed grain size which is about 4 similar to 5 mu m.Compared with traditional synthetia method, the microwave radiation technology improves reaction enviroment, decreases reation time, saves power sources and increases efficiency.
