摘要
Cerium oxide (CeO2) nanomaterials have attracted extensive attention as catalysts. Comprehensive investigation has been conducted that rare earth element doping can enhance their catalytic activity. In this research, different amounts of Pd-doped CeO2 nanomaterials were synthesized by simple hydrothermal method, and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction instrument, Raman spectrum, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller instrument. The morphology of doped CeO2 sample changes from rod shape to cubic shape with the increase amount of Pd2+. The CeO2 sample with 5% doping palladium exhibits the most optimal electrochemical detection capability for phenol in the prepared condition. The material exhibits excellent thermal stability, showing a good linear relationship, and the detection limit is about 0.39 mu mol.L-1.
