摘要
The production process of cement raw material is a large delay, large inertia link; ordinary controlling means by artificial is difficult to get good control effect. In most complex industrial process, predictive control is a good controlling means. In this paper, the modeling method of subspace model identification is used to handle the data gathered from production field. Finally, we obtain a linear discrete model, and then the model is used to design simulation controller. The simulation results show that the control effect is good and meets the control requirements of the production site.
