摘要
Healthcare professionals have battled physically, mentally, and emotionally over-whelming workforce pressures for years. The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated this burnout substantially since its onset in 2020. Recently implemented federal initiatives aim to assist in the development of moral resiliency against a morally distressing workplace environment. But is this enough? Meeting the immediate need for substantial mental health resources in the healthcare field is essential and will be a long-lasting endeavor.
