摘要
This study investigated relations among procedural justice, perceived system knowledge, beliefs about organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs), and OCBs. Expectancy theory was used as a framework to make a series of predictions. Results extend previous research to show that the relation of procedural justice to OCBs is not elementary, but rather procedural justice interacts with both perceived system knowledge and beliefs about OCB to affect the frequency of OCBs. Practical and theoretical implications of these findings for organizational functioning are discussed. (C) 2001 Academic Press.
