摘要
Torque is one of the most functional parameter of power transmission system, and it is not only the foundation of design for power equipment, but also is the most valuable signal source for analyzing working condition of power equipment. It also contains much important state information of power transmission system during working process, such as the big and small of transmission power, load of torque, information of vibration of torsion, condition of gear, condition of bearing, resisting moment of power system at startup, efficiency of transmission of mechanism. The dynamic torque of power transmission system is one of the most difficult parameter to test. Specially, the real-time, no disassembling test on vehicle in commission is not well solved in engineering circles. This paper expounds a kind of method about the technology of real-time test of dynamic torque, and tests the signal of torque of caterpillar vehicle in much running condition; the signal of fault of gear whose tooth is broken; the signal of wheel engineering vehicle that the vibration of torsion happens during working. From time domain wave and structure of frequency domain, the characteristic is analyzed and researched in all kinds of circumstances, and provides effective technical approach and theoretical foundation for researching power transmission system and fault diagnosis.
