摘要：

Bile and urine are regarded to be electrolytes. They show characteristics of conductors and dielectrics as well. The electroconductivity of this biological fluids changes in patients with biliary tracts' pathology, as well as in patients with liver and kidney diseases. That gives as an opportunity to use the method of conductometry in clinical practice. In our study, dynamic changes of bile and urine electrical conductivity (EC) in patients with cholelithiasis during operation and in postoperative period were analysed. Determination of EC for the diagnosis of inflammation in biliary tracts' is highly informative. The bile conductometry allows to control passing of the postoperative period and to estimate treatment efficacy.
