摘要
A linear multi-input multi-output radar can image a target in range and elevation. To form a three-dimensional (3D) image without extending the antenna size to a planar array, inverse synthetic aperture radar techniques are applied. This manuscript details the required processing blocks for high-resolution 3D imaging of a non-cooperative rigid target at near range. To resolve range misalignments caused by strong multi-reflections, an improved version of the cross-correlation translational motion compensation algorithm is also discussed.
