摘要：
This paper plans to analyze deeply the existing problems in the construction and management of PE teaching staff of Hubei private colleges from the four aspects of policy, school, society and teachers. It found in the research that at present the PE teaching body of Hubei private colleges is not optimistic. The educational fund for continuing education is insufficient; continuing education lacks an effective organization system; the content and form of continuing education trainings are quite sole etc. Some suggestions with pertinence are proposed aiming at these problems
