摘要
Even though distance learning programs have increased in number and popularity in recent years, there is still a need to incorporate non-academic services into distance learning systems. Based on previous research, we proposed a theoretical model to better understand the relationship among the different components of a distance learning environment under a service point of view. We proposed the distance learning knowledge management (DLKM) model using a systemic perspective. The DLKM model is intended to be a framework for colleges and universities that plan to deliver instruction and support services to distance learners. When deciding to offer online training programs to employees, businesses can also benefit from this model.
