摘要
High-Q resonator is a pivotal component in various optical devices. In this work, we demonstrate high-Q subwavelength grating (SWG) racetrack micro-ring resonators based on bound state in continuum (BIC) waveguide with quality factors up to 7000, which is extremely useful for BIC-based photonic integrated circuits.
