摘要：
There is a great need to improve the leadership behavior in Chinese business management field. This paper states the negative factors that influence current Chinese people's understanding of the concept of leadership. Then I declare it is necessary for us to redefine the concept. And I argue how we should redefine it. Consequently, I discuss some new theoretical development results that will help us to understand the concept of leadership profoundly and improve our leadership practice in business management.
