摘要
The objective of the paper is to evolve a reliable, efficient and low cost stand-alone power generation system. The proposed scheme utilizes wind and solar energy sources, advanced power converters. A wind driven permanent magnet synchronous generator, PV modules, Battery bank, three phase inverter, rectifier and DC-DC converters form the hybrid generation scheme. The scheme would be developed and power flow analysis would be carried out for varying solar and wind intensities. The solar and wind system are modeled, designed and the results are simulated using MATLAB Simulink. A hardware prototype is developed for the same system and the results are verified.
