New species of phoromorphous dipteran insect (Diptera, Phoromorpha) from the Upper Cretaceous of the Eastern Siberia

摘要：
New species Prioriphora polyankae is described from the Upper Cretaceous Taimyr amber. New subfamily Prioriphorinae is established for the genera Prioriphora McAlpine et Martin, 1966 and Sciadophora McAlpine et Martin, 1966. Presence of scuttle flies in the Oligocene of the Russian Far East is marked. An opinion homology of phorid wing veins is argumented.
