摘要：

TomTom worked with the automotive industry to align traditional, risk-eliminating, slow development processes focusing on quality with high-speed, innovative development processes such as those introduced by the smart phone industry. In doing so, TomTom achieved short lead times without compromising on quality by adopting an agile development approach combined with explicit management of specification and schedule buffers. © 2011 IEEE.
