摘要
In this work, studies of the catalytic pyrolysis of a fraction of 120-230 degrees C, vacuum gas oil and a compound composed of both fractions in a ratio of 1:1, obtained from a mixture of Baku oils, were carried out. As a catalyst, we used clinoptilolite, over which NiCl2 center dot 6H(2)O was deposited, and mordenite, over which magnesium chloride was deposited. Both salts were applied to zeolites by impregnation. As experiments have shown during the pyrolysis of the 120-230 degrees C fraction, the gas yield on mordenite with MgCl2 is greater than on clinoptilolite. The process can be carried out at a lower temperature: 500 degrees C compared to 650 degrees C and the yield of ethylene and propylene is higher than that of clinoptilolite. A smaller amount of coke is deposited on mordenite than on clinoptilolite. Similar results were obtained when vacuum gas oil was used as a raw material. Since vacuum gas oil contains significant amounts of polycyclic hydrocarbons, when it is used as a feedstock for catalytic pyrolysis, the gas yield increases. When using a mixture of light and heavy raw materials, it was possible to obtain 54% of olefinic hydrocarbons at a temperature of 650 degrees C
