摘要
The Internet of Things development fosters ubiquitous learning (u-learning) as individuals become able to learn the right thing, at the right time and the right place. Modalities for acquiring knowledge evolve and online learning comes in various forms such as Open Educational Resource, wiki, and blog. Still, learners experience difficulties to find the relevant digital learning resource (DLR) for their learning objectives and this, creates a gap between expectation and DLR outcome. These issues stress the need to develop systems able to sustain u-learning and enhance learners' experience. To this end, we proposed an approach compliant with learners' privacy and based on semantic web technologies.
