INTEGRATING INFORMATION SECURITY IN AN E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

During the latest period of time, e-learning becomes one of the most interesting trends in computer science. It is based on information and communication technologies and provides integrated learning services anytime and anyplace. The main focus of this paper is on e-learning domain and the need to ensure that proper information security measures are in place, to protect the information within the e-learning environment. Also presents possible information security risks regarding e-learning and ways to tackle e-learning security challenges by adopting proper measures in this respect.
