Optimal polymer architecture for adsorption at the solid-liquid interface: Dendrimers versus linear polymers

摘要
The adsorption strengths of a dendrimer and a linear polymer having the same number of adsorbing groups were compared by Monte Carlo calculations. The dendrimer was calculated to adsorb more strongly than the linear polymer in the regime of weak attraction between the adsorbing groups and the surface.
