摘要
Polarimetric second-harmonic generation microscopy is a label-free imaging technique, which enables detailed ultrastructural investigations of the biomaterials. The structural information is extracted in the form of achiral and chiral nonlinear susceptibility element ratios, which aid in characterization of subtle variations in the composition and organization of collagen.
