摘要
The Miller Fisher syndrome is an immunologically mediated condition with minimal motor manifestations. We describe a case showing mild reversible dysarthria and weak lingual movements with complete recovery over 2 months. Transcranial magnetic stimulation studies give an evidence of a reversible corticobulbar conduction abnormality which resolved with clinical improvement. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
