摘要：

In professional sport in general and in the game of volleyball, in particular, have emerged and continue to appear in new ways to improve performance, methods covering all aspects of the game of volleyball. In this activity requires self-evaluation is needed to assess the achievement of the objectives, not just the end of the activity, but rhythmic and current operational nature.
