摘要
Trillions of connections and interconnection without cloud are just impossible. Therefore, Sensing-Actuation as a Service is a cloud centric service delivery model which authorizes access to the IoT Architecture (IoT-A). Sensed, actuated, and computed data from various existing mobile devices can be accessed by end user or consumer through IoT Platforms on a pay-as-you-go fashion of cloud which may enhance the usage of existing sensors deployed in the IoT network. Proper sensor management, virtual sensor management web servers, and IoT platforms are the emerging components of this architecture. Opportunistic sensors, participatory sensors along with sensor owners claim for various challenges like cost, reliability, trustworthiness, etc Similarly, the expectations of the end users also appear as a big challenge. In this paper, we present a Sensing-Actuation as a Service Delivery Model (SAaaSDM) framework consisting of sensing, actuating, and computing with open issues and future directions for the researchers in this field. This paper has used the standard UML notations to represent our proposed model for Cloud centric Internet of Things.
