摘要
The autonomic nervous system is directly related to human mental load. In this paper, an autonomic nervous system analysis system based on ECG is designed for evaluating the state of psychological stress objectively. Firstly, the changes of ECG signals are obtained in real-time by using AD8232 modules. Then the signal processing and wireless transmission are carried out by using Bluetooth technology to the computer. Analysis of heart rate variability in ECG by upper computer is designed. Finally, the results of the ECG analysis are combined to realize the automatic evaluation of autonomic nervous system state. At the same time, the experiment of pressure induction and evaluation is designed for verifying specific groups and combined with the VAS test. The results show that the system can detect equilibrium of autonomic nervous system and psychological stress more objectively, comprehensively and accurately.
