摘要
Land price who contributes direct and great influence is an important component of real estate price. This paper mainly illustrates how to research urban dwelling land appraisal based on GIS. After synthetically analyzing the components of land price and general appraisal methods, it gives out an idea of how to construct a GIS appraisal system. Also it shows out technological support and theory demonstration about the feasibility of the system.
