摘要
U This paper deepens on Hegel's foundation of private property in his Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts. We will see Hegel's justification of private property taken from its basis in the Science of Logic and the concrete universality of the notion. We will handle also the relation between freedom and property and the discussion with Kant und Fichte's conceptions of private property. Finally, it is necessary to concrete this abstract property right and deal with the question of what can be object of private property and how much property a person must have. Because from Hegel's position, neither everything can be private property nor it is acceptable that people live in poverty.
