摘要
Hydroa vacciniforme is a very rare photodermatosis that occurs primarily in childhood and is characterized by itchy or painful erythema, papules, urticarial plaques, and blisters in light-exposed areas. These lesions develop after sun exposure and heal with varioliform, often depigmented scars. We report on a patient who has been suffering from this disease for 6 years and who presented to us with a deterioration of the condition of her skin due to inconsistent sun protection.
