摘要
This paper presents the design and analysis of simple cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna (CDRA), using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) feed. Proposed antenna represents S11<-10 for X-band (8-12 GHz) with good radiation characteristics. The antenna has been simulated with the help of commercial software ANSOFT HFSS V13. It has good radiation pattern at center frequency of x-band. Parametric study of slot is presented and discussed.. Different radiation characteristics of DRA have been analyzed with different dielectric and shape.
