摘要
A simple, zero-waste and flexible hydrometallurgical process for recycling the main base metals (Al, Cu and Pb) plus Ag from a multi-metal leached solution with high efficiency (97, 94, 96 and 100% for Ag, Pb, Cu and Al, respectively) and significant purity (42, 97, >= 98 and 78% for Ag, Pb, Cu and Al, respectively) was developed. First, Ag and Pb were recovered by sequential precipitation, as AgCl and PbSO4, respectively. Then, Cu and Al were purified sequentially by ion-exchange and alkaline precipitation from the eluate and raffinate, respectively. The wastewaters, containing mainly Na (99.9%), can be also recycled.
