摘要
This paper presents a new servo control method for five-axis machining applications. The proposed method conducts a direct elimination of the deviation error, the orientation error, and the tracking-lag error that are the main concerns for five-axis tool-path control. To achieve this purpose, the proposed five-axis control system is based on a real-time transformation between the drive-coordinate basis, in which the five drives are operated, and the workpiece-coordinate basis, in which the deviation error etc., are defined.
