摘要：
In this paper a new approach for time delay estimation of LFM signal is presented. it is based on a pre-transform and cross-spectral MUSIC method. Compared with the cross correlation method, the approach here has many prominent virtues such as high accuracy, high reliability and high resolution. The correctness and the validity of the new method are verified by computer emulations.
