摘要
A new type of digital valve piezoelectric driver in which the micro-mechanism does forced vibration driven by a piezoelectricity ceramic acting as a vibrator is studied in this paper. First, the vibration model of the digital valve piezoelectric driver is established. Then, the analytic solution is derived for the constant amplitude periodic motion of the piezoelectric driver. Finally, one method of controlling the amplitude of the piezoelectric driver is proposed. The related simulation has also been carried out. All these will give a theoretical foundation for further practical application.
