摘要
This paper treats the New England ten-machine model system. On the occasion of multi faulting points, at first by looking over the entire system from each generator-bus, a decentralized system considering all the faulting points is identified. Then the supplementary control input u(a) for AVR in each generator is determined under the concept of equilibrium point control. Further the decentralized system for each generator is transformed into fuzzy one whithout any approximation, and the stability analysis is carried out to decide the supplementary control input u(g) for GOV in each generator by applying the stability theorem for fuzzy system. Finally the usefulness of nonlinear decentralized control for multi faulting points is verified numerically.
