摘要
A straightness error compensation program for guide of large CNC machine tool which is based on error model is proposed. The error separation technique based on time domain two-probes method with the one side of guide for standard is adopted. The straightness error of two sides is measured in one measurement, the error compensation is achieved and the machining accuracy is improved by correcting the NC instructions to drive CNC machine. The on-line measurement system was developed on the base of software platform LabWindows/CVI supplied by an American company, i.e., the National Instruments, with the data acquisition card. It has simple structure, excellent function, reliable and stable operation. The straightness error is able to display on screen vividly. The on-line automatic measurement and error compensation was achieved.
