摘要
yellow-orange luminescent ZnSe: Mn quantum dots were synthesized via aqueous and organic colloidal synthesis techniques. In addition, colloidal nanocrystals with core-shell structure were obtained. These nanoparticles were characterized by absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies. The obtained quantum dots can be characterized by the following parameters: absorption edge is in the range of 350-410 nm; PL peaks corresponding to dopant emission have maxima at approximately 590 nm; obtained nanocrystals exhibit full width at half maximum (FWHM) of PL peak in the range of 57 - 70 nm.
