摘要
This paper used the first investigation data to study the social security status and compare the difference willingness of participating the insurance program between old and new generation migrant workers. We investigated the effect factors of different generation migrant workers' willingness with muhinomial logical regression method. We found that new migrant workers are less willing to participate the insurance program. The same factors function differently in the old and the new. Educational background, revenue, liquidity, concept and urban identity are the main effect factors, so we came to the conclusion that improving the migrant workers' revenue, changing new generation migrant workers' social security concept and improving the overall level of social security are the three basic and important problems, and also, it's the most important things in government work.
