摘要
The viscosity of the reopectic abrasive mediums is variable and presents the property of receiving the energetic information, which is transmitted by some compression forces action. An important increasing of the viscosity of the reopectic medium allows the achievement of a high level finishing for the part, while the medium returning, in order to restart a new processing cycle, will be made at the initial viscosity, and this assures the usage protection of the equipment. The variation analyse of the viscosity, of its behaviour during the processing, of the finishing level of the various surfaces and the nanofinishing process simulation by abrasive flow machining with those reopectic polymeric mediums offer new solutions for processing and for achieving efficient work mediums.
