摘要：

Talent training mode reform is the important part of the teaching reform of higher education. Since Zhejiang provincial government implemented the strategy of "Enriching the people through entrepreneurship and strengthening the province through innovation ", many colleges and universities in Zhejiang focus on training application-oriented talents, by actively exploring and establishing new talent training modes to meet the local economic and social development and the provincial strategy.
