摘要
The hot deformation mechanism of the actual hot extrusion products was unknown, and the deformation properties of AZ80 were investigated. The results show that the hot deformation mechanism of AZ80 was dynamic recrystallisation. There is a corresponding relationship between peak stress and peak strain. The room temperature mechanical properties after hot deformation depend on the recrystallisation degree, grain size and sub-structure. The recrystallisation grain was observed to be equiaxed. The AZ80 has better hot extrusion forming performance.
