摘要：

This paper explores the challenges that face Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise owners in financing and analyzes the problems that constrain financial institutions in providing more financial resources to current Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises. The difficulty in financing Chinese small and medium sized enterprises has become a bottleneck for SME development. The discussion reveals that to solve the problems will need efforts from both the government and the small and medium-sized enterprises themselves.
