摘要：

During a routine necropsy of an 8 month old female Hyplus Strain rabbit, a malignant tumour was found in one kidney. Histopathology showed a nephroblastoma, a type of tumour which occurs in young animals and whose cells are poorly differentiated. The basic structure of the tumour resembles that of the kidney during embryogenesis. In reference to this type of tumour in man, in the pid, in the chicken, and in the rat, the authors discuss the differential diagnoses, treatments, the I origin of the tumour,and different aspects of its genetics I I (3 photos, 1 figure, 3 boxes).
