摘要
A method to predict the maximum flowrate of a liquid fuel injector when operating with gaseous fuels has been developed. Three injectors were tested for flow capability with four gases of various molecular masses and ratios of specific heats. Compressible flow theory has been used to non-dimensionalize the results, and predictions have been made for performance with other gases and mixtures.
