摘要
Fresh agricultural product e-commerce can provide consumers with rich and convenient online sales channels, and they are also deeply welcomed by consumers. However, Fresh agricultural products are perishable and require extremely high logistics requirements. Therefore, the choice of e-commerce logistics model for fresh agricultural products enterprises is very important. This article takes Nanjing B fresh agricultural product enterprise as the research object, adopts analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the influencing factors of fresh agricultural product e-commerce logistics mode selection, evaluates the three logistics modes, and then selects the most suitable logistics mode.
