摘要
The analysis of environmental samples can be enhanced by the combination of solid phase extraction, centrifugal microfluidic with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS). In this study, a five layers centrifugal microfluidic device was design and fabricated with studying the method of preparation of solid phase extraction column. Cr(III) and Cr(VI) were separated on this device, and ICP-MS was used for detecting total Cr and non-absorbed Cr(VI) in solution. The system could process up to 8 samples simultaneously in short time, providing easy to use. This procedure allows for a rapid and good separation and quantification, only 100 L of sample and reagents was used, and the detection limit for Cr(VI) is 2 g/L.
